Emilie Changeux

Emilie is a Graduate Student Researcher at the Global South Center and an M.S. candidate in the Environmental Policy and Management Program. With a background in environmental social science and justice, her work centers on building equitable access to food systems and public resources through participatory engagement. At the Global South Center, Emilie supports binational planning collaboration across the Baja California-California border region, with a focus on advancing decarbonization, mobility, and equity for border communities.
